Created this video as a side project with Leana from the story team. We wanted something emotionally conversational with a one-to-one tone.

Tried the “Mood, Moment, and Mindset” approach I’ve learned from Spotify Audio Amplified and suggested a different visual concept and angle. We agree that the key is to deliver the message in a specific momentary mood that we wanted to highlight.

The choppy angular graphics symbolizes the negativity and noise of the mindset while the motion graphics montage in the middle symbolizes how much of a posterize beings we try to be of what society thinks perfection is. Towards the end of the video, we use mostly footage with humans and no graphics to symbolize what’s real and positive.

The short stretch text effect in the earlier part symbolizes the lost mirrored identity.
